Bright Future Clubs is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and reliable native or near-native English speaker to lead engaging afternoon activities in English for children aged 6–10.
The role combines English learning with creativity, storytelling, games, role play, crafts and other play-based activities in a warm and supportive environment.
The weekly schedule is flexible. Applicants can choose the available hours that best suit them.

A creative role with real impact
Lead meaningful English activities while helping children develop confidence, curiosity and communication skills.
What You’ll Do
- Run play-based English sessions using crafts, storytelling, role play, games and other creative activities.
- Encourage children to use and explore English naturally in a positive and supportive environment.
- Collaborate with the Bright Future Clubs team to plan meaningful and age-appropriate activities.
- Help inspire confidence, creativity and curiosity in every child.
What We’re Looking For
- Native or near-native English speaker.
- Classroom experience with children in Grades 1–Abitur.
- An energetic, positive and creative personality.
- Experience living in an English-speaking country.
- Eligibility to work in Germany.
Visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate.
What You’ll Get
